1. Nature of the Platform & Intermediary Role
  • Excellis Travels is a technology and distribution platform that connects Users with travel service Suppliers (airlines, hotels, bus operators, tour package providers, etc.).
  • Excellis does not itself operate or control the actual travel services (transport, accommodation, tours). The operations, performance, cancellation, conduct, liability, and obligations with respect to those services rest with the relevant Suppliers.
  • All bookings, reservations, or services made via our Platform are subject to the Supplier’s terms, rules, and policies.
2. Accuracy, Availability & Changes
  • We endeavor to provide accurate, up-to-date information (flights, rates, schedules, availability). But we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or always current.
  • Prices, availability, fares, schedules, routes, taxes, surcharges, cancellation policies and other details may change at the discretion of Suppliers or due to external factors.
  • Excellis strongly advises Users to verify the final booking details (fare, route, schedule, terms) before confirming any purchase.
  • We reserve the right to modify or remove features, content, or services at any time without prior notice.
3. No Warranty & Limitations
  • The Platform, content, features, software, APIs, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or representations, whether express or implied.
  • Excellis does not guarantee uninterrupted access, fault-free performance, or that the Platform is free of defects or viruses.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excellis disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.
4. Liability & Indemnification
  • Excellis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of reputation, or any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • This limitation applies regardless of the cause — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold Excellis harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of the Platform, breach of this disclaimer, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
5. External Links & Third-Party Content
  • The Platform may contain links to, or reference third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control, endorse or guarantee the accuracy, performance, security, or content of such third parties.
  • Accessing such third-party resources is at your own risk. Excellis is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of them.
6. User Conduct & Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for your actions and decisions when using the Platform.
  • You must not use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited purposes.
  • You should verify all information, abide by Supplier rules, comply with local laws, and ensure that bookings are consistent with regulations (visa, travel documents, health rules, etc.).
7. Force Majeure
  • Excellis is not responsible for delays or failures in performing obligations under force majeure events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, power failures, network outages, Supplier defaults, etc.
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate impact and notify Users when feasible.
8. Severability & Survival
  • If any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • The disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination or expiration of this Disclaimer or your access to the Platform.
9. Changes to Disclaimer
  • We may update or change this Disclaimer from time to time. The revised version will include a new “Last Updated” date and will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
